Just a little family update. The following pictures were taken February 14th when Mom, Dad and I visited Larry to celebrate Valentines Day. Mom gave Larry a quilt made of his childhood t-shirts. Peter was at school that day so missed "the party."
Dad has been doing well after recovering from the flu at Christmas. However his knee pain has increased and he is scheduled for Knee Replacement surgery tomorrow (February 16th) weather permitting. (Ice storms are predicted.)
Larry is doing well at his new home. However he has been having difficulty swallowing food requiring all his food to be pureed. Even some pureed food is difficult for him to swallow. Recent test show that one of his vocal chords is paralyzed. Further test have been ordered. The results will determine what the next step might be.
Mom continues to take care of everybody and seems to be doing well.
